To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2014
These muffins are so good! Very easy recipe to follow. I used small muffin cups rather than the large, bakery size as called for. It made exactly 12. And I baked them for 20 mins. Perfect. Skipped crumb topping. Good enough w/out but imagine it makes them that much better!

Chicken Pasta II

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2008
So easy and so good! Most ingredients I already had on hand, except the wine. I repaced it with sherry and it still came out delicious. I also used 5 roma tomatoes and added some fresh minced garlic in with the chicken. This recipe is definitely a keeper. Oh, I also used 1 T. Ital seasoning instead of 1 t. I'm from the south and used to extra seasoning! Will be made again and again!

Chicken Tequila Fettuccini

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2008
This recipe is AWESOME! I've made it several times exactly as stated b/c it doesn't need any tweaking. The last time I made it, I forgot to buy a jalapeno. I had some jarred ones on hand and they worked just as well. Otherwise, don't change a thing b/c this recipe is excellent!

Greek Pasta Salad I

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2008
This recipe is delicious! I didn't have enough oregano so I used maybe half the amount, I also only had garlic salt so I minced about 5 cloves fresh garlic. And I also had some fresh basil leaves from another recipe and used that. It came out great and there wasn't even a bite left!

Savory Herb Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2008
This came out soooo good! It will definitely be used over and over! Being from the south, I increased the amount of herbs. I used a full teaspoon for the basil, marjoram and thyme. Other than that I made no changes. It was great! Can't wait to eat it again!

Slow Cooker Rosemary and Red Pepper Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2008
This recipe was awesome! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I had to double the amount of all the spices. I'm from the south and have learned if you want your food to have flavor, when you follow a recipe you HAVE to increase the amount of spices called for. Other than that it was delicious. I saw some people served it with pasta. I served it with rice which seemed to soak the sauce up better than pasta would have.

Brown Sugar Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2007
This recipe had a good flavor, but it didn't come out the way I had intended. I followed it exactly as said but the chops weren't glazed the way I had hoped.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2007
The BEST au gratin potatoes ever! The only thing I found wrong about this recipe is that you need a 2-qt dish to fit it all-unless you halve the recipe. The first time I made this I mixed the cheese in at the same time as the milk- this caused it to separate and come out kind of chunky. But everytime I've made it since, I've followed the recipe exactly and it has come out AWESOME!
