Fresh Salsa I

Roasted Cajun Potatoes

Delicious!! I changed it up a little- I added a tablespoon of melted butter to the oil, seasoned it with creole seasoning and a roasted garlic blend from McCormicks. Also, added a tad bit more fresh garlic and a dash of beef boullion granules to the mixture. After baking for 45 minutes, I broiled the potatoes for three minutes giving a crispier potato. I will make again.

Buster Bar Ice Cream Dessert

YUMMY!! I made this for our youth group at church to celebrate the September birthdays, and although it didn't look pretty, they tried it and just loved it! They came back for seconds, and even invited their parents to try after class! I will certainly make again!

Japanese Chicken Wings

FABULOUS RECIPE!! I have made it many times and my picky eaters at home just love it (my husband is Japonese, so this aced his test!) Instead of using bone-in chicken wings, I cut up boneless skinless chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. Also, I refridgerate the flour-coated pieces for 30 minutes then recoat them immediately before frying in butter. This allows for a crispy and gooey texture.
