Tater Tot Casserole I
I have made this recipe several times now. I found this recipe because my 8-year old had something similar at school cafeteria and loved it. This is a big hit with my family (I have 4 boys). The last time I made it I was out of milk and had no time to go to the store. I improvised and added 3 eggs, a cup of sour cream, and a cup of water. It was really cheesy and good. I got no complaints from the 5 men in my house.

The Best Lemon Bars
This recipe was so good. I made the first batch for some patients of mine and then another for myself. The only substitution i used was coconut oil instead of butter. I was trying to give it a five stars but my computer is being difficult so i could only do three

Amish Cookies
I loved this recipe! I didn't have enough confectioners sugar so I used 3/4 cup brown sugar, regular sugar and the confectioners sugar I had. They were excellent. Even better when I dipped them in choclolate!
