Pork Stew in Green Salsa (Guisado de Puerco con Tomatillos)

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2011
Excellent recipe!! I followed the recipe except for the cumin...I added 2 tsp, and the diced green chilis...I used 2 seven oz. cans. I also used 3 chopped serranos instead of the Jalapenos. Other than that, I stuck to the recipe. It turned out amazingly well. Stir it quite often while simmering or it will stick to the bottom of your pot. Thanks for posting Plato. We will enjoy this stew over and over again.

Bianca's Green Chile Pork

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2010
This is superb!! I added 3 finely chopped Serrano peppers with seeds for a little heat. The chiles basically cook into the stew so it's not as hot as you might expect. Next time, I might even put more in. We loved it served with tortillas. Be prepared, though, because the pork shoulder is a real pain to trim and cube but it tastes great. Next time, I think I will at least get a boneless pork butt to save time.

Hot and Sour Chinese Eggplant

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
TOTALLY Awesome recipe. At the end, I added a couple of tablespoons of Sambal Oelek to give it more of a kick. My sis and bil thought it was to die did I. If you love eggplant, you should love this one. Make sure the eggplant is nicely browned.

Barbequed Marinated Flank Steak

Reviewed: May 29, 2007
This is a fantastic recipe. It never fails to please. I have even tossed the steak in the marinade and popped it in the cooler when we are going camping. When we arrive, it's ready to cook over the campfire. So tasty.
