Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Very good! I doubled the sauce after reading the other reviews, and wish I hadn't. That made it too "soupy". Next time I'll try it as written, or maybe just add another half to the sauce. Very good flavor... The whole family gobbled it up!

A very good recipe. I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs and added black pepper. I recommend adding a little olive oil to the noodles to keep the dish from being too dry.

Mexican Lasagna

My husband is not a huge fan of Mexican food, and even he enjoyed this. I added black beans to the meat, and would consider adding refried beans next time to help the layers remain cohesive. I followed the suggestion in other reviews to make a third layer to give it more of a "lasagna-look". Very tasty!

Mom's Cucumber Salad
