Chili Rellenos Casserole
Not bad! Like other suggested, i used enchilada sauce instead of tomato, a little more than half the suggested amount if cheese. i also added a layer of chicken between the chiles. Other than that, i followed the recipe. i'd make it again.

Green Bean and Potato Salad
This turned out really well, but i'm giving it 4 stars because i did make adjustments. As suggested, i doubled the amount of non-dressing ingredients, and it ended up being a good ratio of dressing to salad. It still seemed a little strong at first, but after i put it in the fridge for a bit, it was really good. It was a hit at the bbq, and a great alternative since i try not to do mayo based foods!

Basic Crepes
This recipe is absolutely wonderful. I was a little worried because i used soy milk (it's what i keep around), but they turned out fantastic. I made savory crepes for dinner tonight and layered the extras between wax paper and put them in the fridge. i worked at a gelateria in high school and we made crepes and stored them such. Microwave for 15 seconds and they're good to go, although i'll probably try warming them on the stove over low heat...fresh strawberries and nutella for tomorrow!! Thank you for posting this.
