Meaty Spaghetti Sauce

I modified this based on my mood - for 8 servings, I used 1 lb. of ground beef, no sausage or pepperoni (didn't have any), added zucchini and did a jar of spaghetti sauce rather than the other sauces and broths. Thought it was super tasty!

Peachy Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce

My husband wanted bread pudding for our anniversary dessert, so I made it and it was PERFECT. I halved the recipe since it was just for us, but still used three eggs and replaced the water with milk...delicious!!

Fresh Strawberry Upside Down Cake

The only things I changed were to do 3 oz. of the gelatin powder (all I had), and I baked it in a bundt pan for about an hour....SOOOOOO moist and delicious! I thank the marshmallow and strawberry goodness for that!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I

I made the changes that the first reviewer did (added 1/4 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. baking powder) and was SOOO happy to have my cookies come out plump and chewy and delicious, with no flattening! Love it when that happens.

Spicy Mango Sweet Potato Chicken

I thought this was incredible. I cut down the spices a bit (2 tbls. of sriracha and some dashes of red pepper), and it was plenty spicy. I thought it was quite beautiful too, not gray at all! I'd serve this for guests anytime.
