Chicken Tikka Masala

Excellent! Although i didnt use anywhere near as much salt as stated, about 1/2 a tsp for the marinade and a tsp for the sauce. Also added about 1/2 a tsp of ground coriander.

Bolognese Sauce

Brilliant! I've made this with both white wine and red wine, although the red seems to give it more of a zing. Awesome!

Great! I've used this recipre a few times now and it's brilliant every time. I prefer to keep half the onion back though, then chop it up in bigger chunks and add it nearer the end with some bits of red/green pepper to add a bit more flavour and texture. Everything alse is perfect though!

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

Excellent! This is one of the best indian recipes I've used. It took a bit of time to find out what "Half-and-Half" was and find a substitute here in the UK, and the ginger garlic paste was a little hard to find. Well worth the effort though, thanks for submitting!
