Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2010
My girlfriend ate this and said not only did she like it better than pumpkin pie, but it was the best pie she had ever eaten.

German Baby

Fantastically easy! Chewy goodness! It definitely helped to have a cast iron skillet, and I just tossed in the butter, heated it up in the oven for, I dunno, 20 minutes or so, and whisked up the batter and dumped it in. 20 more minutes and it looked even BETTER than the picture. Sorry, I can't take a picture of it now. I ate it.

Wiener Schnitzel

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2007
I too, used the Italian pre-prepared breadcrumbs; it's terrific. Oh, and pork cube steak instead of veal. No tenderizing required.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2007
This is really moist! Wow. I used half & half instead of milk, and put it in a 9 x 13 baking dish, half with chunks of jalapeno poked into the batter, the other half with chucks of peach. Both were fantastic.

Vienna Schnitzel

MMM! Works great with pork cube steak or beef cube steak. I rolled mine in corn flour, then in the egg/milk batter, then italian breadcrumbs. Terrific!

Hot German Potato Salad III

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2007
This improves a lot as it sits. It's important to quarter the potatoes before cooking so you don't get some undercooked. I poured off some of the bacon grease and used canola, but then added more bacon. Yum.

Simple Sicilian Salad Dressing

Reviewed: May 29, 2007
This is fantastic. It took less than two minutes to make, and almost that short a time to devour! SUGAR FREE! How many salad dressings can you buy that are sugar free? HUH? Well? This stuff is A-1.
