Lemon Marinated Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2007
Moist and flavorful. I did use less lemon zest than called for and next time would add a little salt.

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2007
Did a few things others suggested. Did not brown, just put all the makings (except the chicken) into a pot and brought it to a boil then poured it over the raw chicken in the slow cooker. Also replaced water with 1 cup chicken broth and added 1/4 cup white wine - doubled lemon juice, garlic, and chicken bouillon granules. Cut cooking time to 4 hours on low. Had plenty of liquid, the chicken was very tasty and moist. Will definitely make again!!

Teriyaki Marinated Chicken

Excellent!!! Marinated the chicken around 30 hours and it was delicious!! Also reduced the oil and increased the soy sauce equally. Will definitely be making it time and and time again. Hubby loved it too!!

Great! A nice change from the everyday rice dishes. I didn't include the dried basil leaves.

I prepared the recipe just as stated - it was delicious. I marinated the pork chops for 8 hours (will try overnight next time), threw them on the the grill and they were great! Definitely will be a repeat in the household.

Aimee's Quick Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2007
This was great!! My husband absolutely loved it. He said how great it was at least 3 times while he was eating it. I did us 2 ounces of Dijon mustard plus 2 ounces of Honey mustard. I blended the mustards and the teriyaki sauce before putting it over the chicken. Add the cheese only at the last 10 minutes of cooking. So moist and what a different but great taste. Thanks for a new way to fix chicken!!!

Coffee Marinated Steak

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2007
How different and delicious. Hubby couldn't figure out the secret ingredient and was amazed it was coffee. Marinated around 9 hours (used London Broil because that is what I had) and the meat was very tender. This will become a regular in our house.

Zesty Barbeque Marinade

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2007
Fantastic! If my husband could give this six stars he would. We marinated pork ribs overnight and barbequed them - they were delicious and tender!! We included all of the ingredients plus the 2 tablespoons molasses for just a little sweetness as suggested. Can't wait to try it on other cuts of meat!

Herbed Sweet 'n' Sour Chicken

A nice blend of flavors. There was just the nicest hint of sweet. I cooked it in the crock pot for 4 hours on high as suggested by others. It turned out tender and juicy. I will be making this again.

Lemon-Lime Chicken Broil

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2007
Great for hot summer nights (except for the heat of the broiler). Nice and light with a twang. We will try this on the bbq next time to try and avoid some of the heat in the kitchen.

Bryce's Best Barbeque Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2007
The sauce lost a little of its punch while it was on the barbeque. Made a great dipping sauce with great taste and punch. We used it on boneless pork chops. Might try letting the chops sit in the marinade for a couple of hours next time before cooking.

Great taste without being overpowering. I marinated boneless chicken breasts overnight and they were delicious! Will try as kabobs but it was great just for regular use on chicken breasts. Hubby really liked this one, thanks Simmi!
