Anniversary Chicken I

Excellent! I did put pepper on the chicken before browning. I also added some teriyaki to the bottom of the baking pan, blended the teriyaki and salad dressing together before spooning onto the chicken and waited until the last 10 minutes to add the cheese, and bacon bits.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Just the right amount of hot. I did sub bbq sauce for the ketchup (hubby and I are not ketchup fans), only used 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, used red wine vinegar and added 1 tsp of jarred minced garlic. Thanks for the recipe Suzanne!

Golden Pork Chops

The chops were moist and flavorful. I did season them with salt, pepper, garlic powder and season salt before browning them. I also sauted the onion and mushrooms in 1/4 cup white wine as suggested by others.

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

Garlic Top Sirloin Pot Roast

Great flavor. I didn't have any fresh garlic so I just added minced garlic to the beef broth. I used a full can of beef broth and dissolved the beef bouillion cubes in the water before pouring them in the slow cooker.

Wonderful flavor! I used this recipe on some Dover Sole we had and it was delicious. I did reduce the salt as others suggested to 1/3 teaspoon. Very simple to prepare. Thanks Matthew!

Lemon Pepper Pasta

It actually deserves a 4.5. The pasta was a touch dry. I cut the dried basil to 1 teaspoon. I substituted 1 teaspoon lemon pepper for the ground black pepper (as suggested by others), added 1 teaspoon garlic salt, and 1/3 cup parmesan. Great side dish for the chicken we had for dinner.

Honey Ribs

I would like to give this 4 1/2 stars (should be an option). Good flavor and certainly easy enough. I did double the honey mustard, honey, honey barbeque sauce, soy sauce and the maple syrup. Eliminated the water. I cooked on low for 8 hours and the meat was very moist and tender. Thanks for the recipe HIMICHAUD!

Smoky Mountain Chipotle Chicken

Great blend of flavors with just the right amount of bite. I didn't bother with the topping of bacon, red onion, or provolone cheese and it was scrumptous. I did use only 1 cup of ketchup and added 1 cup of Cattleman's Smoke House Barbeque Sauce. I think using 2 cups of ketchup would have made it too strong with tomato flavor.
