Lemon Chicken III

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2009
I marinated for about 2 hrs, the breading becomes soggy when you bake it. I broiled it and made extra sauce to go with it. Overall just okay.

Pie Crust III

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2008
I made this and added the salt and sugar as mentioned in the reviews. I used it with a sweet potato filling. The pie crust was very easy to make which is why I tried it, but tasted very salty. It wasn't that good and I will not be making this again.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2008
I usually make a stroganoff that does not have canned soup or cream cheese in it, but this had good reviews so I gave it a try. I did all the adjustments that the reviews suggested. It tasted like a hamburger helper sauce. I added wine as well but it still lacked any complexity, very disappointed.

Good soup, I used a lot more curry and used garam masala as well. Doubled the recipe. It was very flavorful I served with garlic Naan.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2007
I love potato soup! I had tried soo many different recipes trying to find the right one. This is it. So very good. When adding the bechamel sauce(white sauce) at the end, if your soup is too hot it won't turn out rich and creamy because the heat will liquify the sauce. I thought I would only like potato soups that have cheese in them but I like this better. So easy to make!! I used chicken base instead of boullion.
