Great recipe! Everyone absolutely loves them! I bake mine at 350 degrees though and they come out better.

Quick and easy. Also a good way to use red pepper jelly, which I love!

Chicken In Sour Cream

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2008
I'm sorry but, this was awful. My husband and I couldn't even eat it. Oddly enough my step-kids loved it. It isn't worth making though.

Jewish Apple Cake I

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2009
I liked this recipe. It was very easy to make, but took a really long time to bake. I was scared I was going to burn it. It didn't though even after 2 hours of baking in my bundt cake pan. It is a very heavy cake.

Microwave Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2009
Make sure you bring the caramel to a boil and let it become a bit thick!! If you don't you will end up with a gooey sticky mess that never hardens. Just watch it close and stir often to prevent burning. Also I think butter works much better than margarine. And do not forget the baking soda. It is key. Good recipe and great to send to school for kids parties!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
Great resipe. I add diced celery, poultry seasoning, celery salt, black pepper and a little paprika to mine. I also sometimes add carrots and/or peas to it to get some veggies in. This is a family favorite!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
Really yummy! I use sharp chedder instead of colby for extra flavor. This is only good with ground turkey though. I tried it one day with beef and di not like it at all! I coat the top with Ketchup mixed with brown sugar and worstershire before I bake it. It turns out awesome!

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2010
Very good recipes. Much better than the canned sauce. I always add Worcestershire sauce to mine and sometimes a can of diced tomatoes or some shredded carrot to get in more veggies. My kids never notice they are there and eat it right up! I also sometimes use spocy brown mustard instead of yellow for extra zingi!

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2010
These turned out ok, but they tasted funny to me because of the zucchini. My kids were not interested and I didn't even tell them they had the zucchini in them! They each had one and that is it. My 4 year-old chocoholic said they were gross! I ended up throwing away half the pan.

Mom's Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2010
This was incredibly easy especially since I used instant mashed potatoes. My family ate it and seemed satisfied. I also cooked the beef with onions and garlic and I use a bag of frozen mixed veggies. I will make this again.
