I never do this, but I am writing in response to the first review for this recipe. I have made beef stew in the slow cooker for a long time, and 5 cans of beef broth is WAY TOO MUCH!!!! Unless, you want beef soup, not stew. Two cans is the correct measurement with 1 lb of beef, especially with water added. The meat and veggies add liquid to the stew while it cooks. I usually use two cans of broth and then added a can of diced tomatoes because I like tomoatoes in my beef stew! Don't forget the Worcestshire sauce!

These were delicious! Everyone loved them! I was afraid to try homemade Au Gratin Potatoes but this was easy. Mine were cooked within an hour, but I sliced the potatoes very thin. I also added bacon cooked very crispy (the bacon that is already cooked, threw it in the microwave). I added sour cream as well...I put in 1 3/4 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of sour cream...I didn't add the sour cream until after the cheese melted. If you don't like onions, you will need to replace them with something else because they really add a great taste to this dish. Don't forget to let the milk thicken when adding to the butter & flour or it will come runny. Mine also browned on the bottom (but I liked the taste), I did move it up to the top rack and I took off the foil the last 15 minutes, I think that this helped to thicken the sauce as well. I will be using this recipe for a long, long time...thank you!

I did not like the texture of this muffin. Mine was more like a biscuit with chocolate chips. Something must be wrong with the ingredients, the batter was very firm. Perhaps something like melted butter is missing? I also think that I tasted the baking powder! The taste was bland even after adding vanilla, again, I think that melted butter may add flavor. I really do not think that extra milk would add that flavor it is lacking. I may try this again and add some ingredients.

These were fantastic muffins! I love zucchini bread and wanted something that could hold up better than sliced bread. I followed the recipe exactly except to add a bit more chocolate chips. If you try this recipe, please keep in mind that you can taste zucchini, it is not like a regular choc. chip muffin! My kids did notice a difference, but I will keep trying to persuade them to eat! I plan on making this over and over again!

This pizza crust is soooo good!! I like to make homemade pizza because it is healthier for the kids. Store-bought dough and sauce has high fructose corn syrup in it. I have tried different recipes, but it is hard to find a crust that tastes great when just baking from your own oven with a metal pizza pan! I had settled for an OK recipe when I came across this one, I will never go back! My bread machine has an hour and thirty minutes dough setting. I just sprinkled in the spices when it started to mix and left it on through the whole cycle. I also used 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour and ran out of bread flour so used 1 cup of all purpose flour. I baked it at 425 degrees and baked for about 4 min. before adding the toppings. I sprayed the pizza pan with olive oil cooking spray and made a simple sauce with tomato sauce and a little paste with a little italian seasonings, pinch of sugar, pepper, grated parm. and garlic salt. There was so much flavor in the crust, I didn't want to overpower with the sauce. All the flavors blended perfectly. Thank you so much for sharing Ricardo! This is the crust I will use from now on!

I have this same exact recipe from a couple of years ago. These are awesome! I made these for the kids I worked with in afterschool programs, they gobbled them up! These are nice and moist. The chocolate chips are great with the pumpkin, but I love chocolate. Thanks for such a great, healthier recipe!

Way too sweet, I couldn't taste much peanut butter, tasted like I was eating a bowl of sugar. Wish I had read all the reviews, maybe the adjustments would have helped. I've had really great PB fudge in the past, still looking for that recipe!

This was OK. I just did not like the crust but I'm sure that it can be tweaked for a better consistency.

This was my second time trying overnight french toast. I liked the flavor, but like the other attempt, mine was just too soggy in the middle. I even used the right bread and made sure that it was two days old! I tried to bake it longer, but I had to take it out because it was starting to burn and it was still soggy on the inside with a crunchy exterior(that tasted great). I'm no expert cook, but I don't understand how other reviewers could make this and have it come out good, unless they just don't mind the sogginess. I think I'll stick to traditional french toast, but use this egg mixture!

This meatloaf was one of the best I have ever had. If you like the old fashioned gravy or ketchup meatloaf, then you probably will not like this. This is a cross between barbecue and sweet and sour. I have tried dozens of recipes and my family thinks they are just OK. I don't even eat my own meatloaf and I couldn't stay away from this one, my husband was eating it late into the night! I used breadcrumbs instead of the butter crackers and cut the recipe in half for 1 lb of 93% ground beef and used the two eggs. I grated the onion because I do not like chunks of onion. I added extra bacon to the top and it tasted great along with the meat. I also did not use a loaf pan but shaped into a loaf and placed in baking dish for a nice crunchy crust all around. I will be making this recipe over and over again. Thanks!

I love this recipe. I found this when I was looking for a chili much like my Dad used to make. I do add two jalepeno peppers for heat and lots of hot sauce and use pinto beans instead of canellini! Once I did not have all the ingredients and used black beans instead of one can of kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste for thickness. It still came out great! Thanks!
