Pointless Ramblings of a Verbose Cook w/a Loooong List of Food Aversions...

I don't even have a half witty title for this one...Ore-Ida.

Potatoes are awesome, pretty much in any form in Mr. LTH's world.  Frozen Ore-Ida fries had long been a staple in his life, pre me.  While I have no holier-than-though aversion to frozen fries, I don't need the extra essentially empty calories, so these have become a thing of the past in our world.

This month we were challenged to pair Ore-Ida with AR recipes.  No problem.  We frequently entertain overnight guests and breakfast casseroles are a staple breakfast since I can make them ahead of time and simply place in the oven the next morning for a heath breakfast.  I generally use Ore-Ida hash browns (though, am I the only one that finds it weird that both Ore-Ida "breakfast" potato products are called "hash browns"?!), as I did to make both:

Both were just fine and I'd make them again.

Our final Ore-Ida pairing was Cheeseburger Muffins and Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries.  You just can't go wrong with Ore-Ida frozen fries, particularly the extra crispy versions.
