Tomato Pork Chops I

Kinda bland, this way. If you like more flavor try adding my families recipe which includes, cumin, cilantro,garlic powder to taste. Serve with mashed potatoes,rice or cooked noodles.

Thank you for this receipe! I get so tired of all the fried foods and this is fairly quick and they froze well too..... I made half with the sausage the others were just as wonderful without. I served at graduation party, everyone from teenagers to grandparents raved and wanted me to share the receipe! LOVED IT!!!!!

Pork Empanadas

Pretty good. I added 3 ancho chiles (dried/deseeded) to meat/water mixture, and after meat cooked and chiles soften, I took 2 cups of reserved juices and blended with chiles, this made a thicker sauce and alot of flavor. They were a hit at graduation party!
