Cinnamon Orange Turkey Scaloppini
This recipe needs help. Not sure what, but I have no idea what I am going to do with the leftovers. The cutlets may have been better if they were breaded first, I am just not sure I would make it again anyway.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
I am another fan of this soup recipe. I made it for our family Latke night. I made a double batch for 14 adults and there was only 1 cup of soup leftover when dinner was done. Everyone loved that I cut the chicken up "very small", I didn't cut it any differently than I would cut it up for any soup, but that seemed to make everyone happy. I have made it again and still loved it. I did not make any changes and unlike some, I was able to find the rice in the proportion the recipe called for.

Old Man's Turkey Noodle Soup
We loved this soup, but I did make some changes. I used my turkey drippings and leftover gravy along with chicken broth in place of the water. I was out of sage, so I used 1 tsp. of poultry seasoning in place of the individual seasonings. I didn't add any salt, because I didn't use water and with the addition of the fresh celery, I did see the need for the celery salt. I have also found that soups with pasta, when leftovers are stored, the pasta absorbs all of the broth. I add my noodles as I serve the soup. You can precook noodles and store them with a little melted butter to keep them from sticking to each other. We liked the soup better than the turkey dinner.
