Banana Crepes

I always thought crepes were hard to make, but these were not only very simple, quick and easy, but incredibly delicious! I ran out of powdered sugar, so I used granulated and it still turned out fine (I also cut the recipe half so there wasn't as much, I don't know how it would turn out with granulated in the full recipe). I only cut one banana in half, and hubby and I were both wishing I had made more, we ate the rest of the crepes plain and they were even tasty that way. I know I'll be making a lot more of these!

I just made these and they came out very good! I think I didn't make them thin enough when I spread the batter out, but they still tasted delicious, definitely going to be trying them again :)

Florida Strawberry Muffins

I really enjoyed these muffins! I even halved the recipe (since it was just for my boyfriend and I) and it still came out wonderful. I had to add a tiny bit of milk to by batter, but strawberries aren't in season yet, so I didn't get much juice out of mine. I don't think I'd have to do that if they were in season and really delicious. And I didn't want to wait to make them (for the berries to release the juice) so I microwaved them for like 10 seconds, worked great, but could've also added to why I didn't have enough liquid. I sprinkled the tops with sugar before I put them in the oven for that nice crunch on the tops like I like my muffins to have. Thanks so much for a yummy way to use up strawberries! :)

I loved these. I made them for Thanksgiving morning, and I mixed the dry ingredients the night before so I could just toss it all together and not measure anything in the morning. I didn't use muffin cups in the muffin tin, I just used my non-stick muffin pan and greased it. They popped out just fine, and none stuck at all (I probably could've just tipped it upside down and they would've all fallen out themselves). Also, with the muffin cups filled 2/3 of the way, it only made 9, but they were a good size that way. At the end, instead of rolling them in butter and the granulated sugar and cinnamon mix, I took them out of the tins when they were still hot and rolled them in powered sugar and cinnamon like you would with regular donuts. I thought these tasted great, nice and cakey and fluffy just like a donut! You could probably easily use these in one of those donut baking pans, or even use the dough to make cinnamon rolls with. Great recipe! :)

Cheesecake Topped Brownies

So very delicious! If I don't bring these nearly to every holiday or party I go to, I'm asked why I didn't make them. Even people who have told me they don't like cheesecake loved these. I usually make my brownies from scratch and it works fine with those too, definitely an awesome combination of two already delicious deserts :)

This looks absolutely delicious, and I'd love to make it. But what on earth is "packaged baking mix"? Is it just like a basic pastry dough mix, cake mix, what is it?

Marble Chiffon Cake

Definitely a very pretty and yummy cake. I would've liked a little more chocolate flavor in the batter though, so I might put a little more cocoa powder in next time. And I put chocolate frosting on mine, also very good on it. It's definitely worth the extra steps it takes to make. Very rich and great looking.
