Balsamic Baked Tilapia
I used about half the blue cheese and it was perfect. Baked it for 20 minutes. Yum and thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Salad Balsamic
So good! I give it 5 stars for being both delicious and quick/easy to make. I used Tyson pre-cooked diced chicken (3 packages, think it was 6 oz. each). I also added about a tablesoon of honey. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. I used green apples and topped the chicken salad on some spinach. I will make again!

Maple Salmon
This is my new favorite way to cook salmon. I give it 5 stars for taste and convenience. Only change I made was to poke holes in the salmon with a fork before pouring the mixutre on to marinate. Delicious!
