Finger Sandwich Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
These were better than the bakery cookies... I made them with 1 and 1/4 cups of whole wheat flour and 2 and 1/2 cups white flour and left out the food coloring... I couldn't get them to work well with the cookie press (may have been the warm day) but I rolled them into finger shapes and popped them in the fridge so they were cool before baking... spread raspberry jam in between two and dipped them in melted chocolate and sprinkles: SO GOOD!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2008
Great! I used 2 peaches, 2 kiwis, 2 granny smith apples, and half a pint of strawberries. I let the apples soak in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of lime juice which gave it a nice citrus taste. I had no preserves but I added a tablespoon of sugar to cut the lemon and bring out the flavors. WIll definitely make again.

White Chip Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2008
Awesome! Followed other reviewers suggestions but eventually memorized the recipe because I baked them so often. I also like to add half semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips and half white chips. Note: if you warm them up for a minute in the oven the next day they taste like they were just baked :)

Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cake I

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
This came out really good... It's a dense cake so, although you want to, it's hard to eat a lot of it... I doubled the recipe to fit in a large bundt pan and cooked it about 50 minutes...

Chicken Chimichangas

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2008
Very good! We did not make the topping and the rice needed to be cooked longer (about 30 minutes) but this is one of our favorites. A good idea is to make the chicken and rice the night before and then put it together in no time. We also bake it to make it healthier. Has become a standard in our house.

Very good. The corn flakes compliment the salsa and cheese well and give it a nice taste and texture.

These muffins are absolutely delicious! I make them whenever I have very ripe bananas. I always top them with the crumb topping from Banana Crumb Muffins... Very good.
