I am stay-at-home mom and wife. Plus I take college classes online so I am pretty busy. I love to bake anything. My favorite meal to make is what my family calls pork chops and rice. I was never really allowed to help cook when I was growing up. My dad still will not let me cook my own food when I am at his house. I bake the very best peanut butter cookies, they are my favorite so I guess that is why they are so good. I can make pretty good gravy. I foolishly put chili in a crock pot to cook all day and it turned out way too hot to eat.
