Ham and Cheese Quiche

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2001
This was delicious!! The only thing I did differently was instead of pie crust I used mashed potatoes and I used left over ham instead of the canned ham. Even my fussy 4 year old liked it : ) Try it!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2002
This was the first thing I ever made that EVERYONE asked for the recipe!! I double it and it still wasn't enough! I couldn't find white wine vinegar so I used red wine vinegar. I also used crushed ramen noodles as a topper Yummmm. I toasted the noodles (with it's chicken seasoning)almonds and sesame seeds in the oven with spray butter . It was great and alittle less fattening.

Yummy! They were all gone in about 10 min. I need to double the recipe next time. I covered the bacon in brown sugar and rolled them up. It was the easiest thing to make. No measuring.

I love soups...cream of mushroom being my favorite. I had to toss this one out. It just tasted like dirty water., Maybe beef broth would work better with this recipe? sorry.

Kielbasa Appetizers

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2008
This was the first thing to go at my get together. The only thing I would change is next time I will add less beer. It had a strong beer taste. (it could be because I used a summer ale, not sure) But it was a big hit.

Holiday Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2008
Let me start by saying...I hate chicken salad. I made this for hubby because he loves it. It was alittle time consuming because of all the shpping but it was definatly worth it. I loved it more then hubby! I loved all the crunch. I added extra red peppers, walnuts and celery to make it extra crunchy. I may try apples next time. Thank You for this recipe!
