Sooooo good and so easy! My favorite combination! I left out the cloves ( didn't think the kids would like it) my family loved it, which is rare. I did double the apple butter mixture. I will make this again and again. Use less brown sugar if you dont like sweet dinner. Thank You Umich97!

Olive-Cucumber Finger Sandwiches

I have been making these for about 2 years now. I am asked to bring these to every gathering I go to. I think they are ok, but my friend love them. So simple! I don't do the olive topping but still yummy. THank You Sara.

Easy Pancakes

great base, but I think the author meant 2 tsp of baking powder. I used 2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp of butter in stead of oil 1/2 tsp of salt and really whipped the egg before folding it in and it was really good.

Elegant Orzo with Wilted Spinach and Pine Nuts

I just made this last night with some grilled chicken. It was really good but I had to add a 1/2 cup of chicken broth to moisten it. I think next time I will use chicke broth and cut out the butter to make it healthier.

Snow Ice Cream II

We just made this, it is really good. Much better then I thought. It tastes like a vanilla italian ice. We added chocolate chips and it really made it fun!You can cut the recipe in half and it's plenty for 4-5 kids. Thanks for sharing, the kids (and me too!) had a great time.

Holiday Chicken Salad

Let me start by saying...I hate chicken salad. I made this for hubby because he loves it. It was alittle time consuming because of all the shpping but it was definatly worth it. I loved it more then hubby! I loved all the crunch. I added extra red peppers, walnuts and celery to make it extra crunchy. I may try apples next time. Thank You for this recipe!

Kielbasa Appetizers

This was the first thing to go at my get together. The only thing I would change is next time I will add less beer. It had a strong beer taste. (it could be because I used a summer ale, not sure) But it was a big hit.

Mushroom Soup Without Cream

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This came out great! Make sure you cut back on the oil though, I used 3/4 of a cup. I doubled the recipe to fill a large bundt pan. Thanks for the recipe!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

This was soooo easy and yummy!!! The main thing was the berry's had to really be dry. I went dipping crazy! I dipped Potato Chips, pretzels, peanuts, etc. Thanks!!!

Florentine Artichoke Dip

This was great! It was so easy and even the kids liked it! I doubled the recipe because we were having 30 people over there was only alittle left over. This recipe serve alot more then the 4 that it says. I would say it easily serves 15 people. I didn't change a thing.

Brown Sugar Smokies

Yummy! They were all gone in about 10 min. I need to double the recipe next time. I covered the bacon in brown sugar and rolled them up. It was the easiest thing to make. No measuring.

Banana Bread V

I have made at least 6 different Banana breads from this site. They were OK, but this was the best!! It was moist and stayed well for days! I added some vanilla(just personal preferance)Thanks for a great and EASY recipe : )

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake

This was very good and very easy. I doubled it because I only had a large angel food pan. Mine was alittle dry becauseI fell asleep while it was cooking (duh) So if you can stay awake it's great : )
