New Red Potato Salad

Brand new favorite in our house. We do find it's too much mayo so we add it to taste. Also, try it with red wine vinegar instead of white. It's an amazing transformation.

Summer Squash Bread

Great bread! I was worried it would be dry but it turned out great. I didn't have enough rhubarb so I used 1 apple. Also, only used 1 1/3 c. of white sugar. Next time I think I'll use some banana or apple sauce.

Rhubarb Pudding Cake

Nice but a bit too sugar-y for me. I think next time I'll use brown sugar, and not so much of it. I blended the rhubarb before putting it in the dish, came out nicely.

Venison Tequila Chili

Not a huge fan of venision but we had some given to us so I mixed it with beef and made this recipe. Great with some cayenne pepper and jalapenos!

Baked Haddock with Spinach and Tomatoes

Hubby really liked it, I found it a little bland, think I'll add more spice/herbs next time. We enjoyed it on a bed of rice with asparagras and greens beans. Yum!
