This dish was delicious!! I made a few adjustments: I used whole wheat penne. I used one 15 ounce container of part-skim ricotta and 1/2 cup of sour cream. I'm vegetarian so I made homemade sauce with garlic, basil, roasted red pepper, and onion. I layered sauce and pasta at the bottom. Topped with provolone. Topped with ricotta/sour cream mixture. More sauce, pasta, more provolone, parm cheese. Then I covered, cooked for 30 minutes at 350. Then uncovered and broiled for about 5 minutes to make the top nice and brown and crispy. Delicious!
