Mom's Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes
You MUST MUST MUST let the oatmeal and buttermilk sit in the fridge overnight. I actually use a bit less oats and a bit less flower (1 1/3 cups and 1/3 cup, respectively). Let that set overnight. In the morning, add the rest of the wet ingredients (I usually add about a tablespoon of melted butter too). Then, mix in the dry ingredients. Lastly, fold in the blueberries. These pancakes will knock your socks off if you do it my way. I'd give 5 stars to this recipe if it noted that you need to let the initial mixture sit overnight. Additionally, you need to cook these much longer than standard pancakes. Something like 5 minutes per side.

Paul's Southern California BBQ Sauce
This BBQ sauce is excellent. I followed the recipe exactly except for omitting the cayenne pepper. In its place, I added about a tablespoon of chipotle in adobo because I wanted a bit of smoky-spice. It's the perfect blend of spicy, sweet, smoky, and tangy. I reduced it for about 45 minutes and it's the perfect consistency. I will make this again and again.

Chocolate and Almond Biscotti
This was great. I followed suggestions and added some almond extract. Other than that, it was super easy. Just wet your hands when "rolling" it out and it won't be too dry. Much much better than store bought. Time consuming, but very easy too. Hold up really well dunked in your favorite hot drink.
