Cream Cheese Frosting II

Too much cream cheese. When I made it the first time, it felt like I was biting into a block of cream cheese. It might be my personal taste because my mother on the other hand loved it. I usually follow the tip from Pabbydog and it is delicious.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

If you are pouring the batter into a 9x13 pan, expect cakey bars. If you pour it into the pan suggested in the recipe, you're good to go. Either are good to me, I'm not picky! Just be warned the 9x13 does take longer to bake. In effort to make them healthier, I substitute the oil with unsweetened apple sauce and they're still delicious. They freeze well, too!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have shared these cookies with family, co-workers, and friends and they always want more. I usually half the recipe and substitute 1/3 of the flour with oats that I grind up in my blender. Much better than Tollhouse in my opinion.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I left out the celery and used celery salt in place of the salt and celery seed, also threw in a bag of mixed frozen veggies with lima beans, green beans, corn, peas and carrots. Had to use store bought pie crust, but it was incredible! I have shared the recipe already five times since making it two hours ago.

Parmesan Chicken II

I used chicken breast and used 1 and half cups of parmesan cheese and a half a cup of bread crumbs. it was delicious!!
