Delicious! Got an 8lb spiral cut honey cured bone-in ham, covered the bottom in brown sugar, covered the ham in brown sugar, as per the instructions. Added a can of pineapple slices all over the ham, poured in the remaining pineapple juice, set the crockpot to low for 4 hours. Alas, bone-in made it impossible to cover in my slow cooker, so I followed someone else's advice and just covered the whole thing in foil for the duration of the cook. When the ham was done, I threw some maraschino cherries on top and called it done. It was beautiful, smelled wonderful, TASTED fantastic, didn't take up any room in my already full oven, and served as a great last minute addition to our Thanksgiving feast! Will definitely make it again next year!
