This recipe is FABULOUS!!! I agree - it's easy to make, incredibly tasty, just like yhe cheesecake I pay $6 for at the restaurant. I followed this recipe exactly (no water bath, variations, etc.) and it turned out beautifully high, fluffy but smooth texture, light brown and no cracks. It's a keeper - thank you Chantal for sharing this gem of a recipe!!
