Johnsonville® Three Cheese Oven-Roasted Pasta Primavera

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
Pretty good. We used italian chicken instead of the sausage. Seemed like a nice healthy light meal, not our usual meat and potatoes. We love meat and potatoes, but this was good for an alternative.

E-Z Drop Biscuits

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
Fantastic. I used 1/4 cup less milk and mixed in cheese and seasoning to make Italian Style drop buiscuits. Had another recipe I used for that advice. Super great.

Italian Drop Biscuits

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
Smokes! These were good! I used the E-Z Drop Biscuits recipe from this sight...with 1/4 cup less milk. Mixed in about half the seasoning and put the other half on top as instructed. Super good and an easy alternative to buying garlic bread once and a while. Mmmmm.

Italian-Style Baked Crispy Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2012
This was a tasty chicken. I skipped the parm. The crispiness wore off since I waited awhile before I served it. Good though and worth making again when I need an Italian seasoned chicken.

Chicken Puffs

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2011
Fantastic. I used no butter and half a block of cream cheese. Two chicken breasts and two rolls of crescent rolls. I put two triangles of dough together to make a big triangle and put the mix in that. It made just about the right amount for the dough. It was perfect.

Chicken Crunch

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2011
I used 4 oz sour cream cause that's all I had. Also cut back to 1/4 c butter because 1/2 c seemed so much! Otherwise followed this to a tee. Let's see how it goes.

Cheesy Italian Tortellini

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
This is good and tasty. I used frozen tortellini and it was about twice as much as called for. Added a bit of hot water to the sauce to compensate. That worked just fine. No need for all that cheese. I topped it with a bit of parm when served. That saved a lot of fat, I think.

I would really suggest adding a small can of tomato paste! It's a great secret ingredient and really adds a fantastic subtle flavor.

Easy Skillet Beef and Hash Browns

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2010
I skipped the hamburger, used cream of chicken. Added garlic and onion powders and some hamburger seasoning and ground mustard. Topped it off with Parm. Chicken Topping that was left over in the fridge. Pretty passable for an improvised creation. Served it as a side.

Tasty and easy. I added some Peanut sauce as well. I only used about half the soy sauce because that was all I had. We both liked it.

This is a great recipe! I used frozen corn and toasted it in the oven under the broiler. That adds a nice toasty crunch. Delicious!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
Finally got this right! I used about 3 pieces of raw bacon, chopped, instead of the ham. No salt. Otherwise followed the recipe. Oh, and I added about half a cup of mashed potato flakes at the tale end to help thicken it. Served with cheese and bacon crumbles. It was super flavorful and delicious.
