Stuffed Pepper Soup I
Made this for dinner tonight and it is wonderful. We enjoyed ours with some fresh sweet bread. The only changes I made were to use 1 15oz. can of diced tomatoes + 1 can of Rotel. I also used deer meat as I didn't have any ground beef. The recipe does make a HUGE pot of soup. Next time I will half the recipe. Though having a huge pot allowed me to freeze half for a quick dinner some night soon.

Heavenly Hot Dog Sauce
I found this hot dog sauce to be a good base for what I wanted. I only used half the sugar, which I will completely omit next time. I also added a bit of cumin and onion powder to taste.

Green Grape Salad
Just had this and fell in love! (Used green and red grapes.) I will be making this for a quite a few gatherings this year. Thanks so much for the awesome recipe!
