Christmas dinner is by far my favorite family tradition to continue on for years to come.
My cooking triumphs
The first time I made a Christmas dinner 2004 for 9 people..crammed into a tiny 1 brm appartment. The food was PERFECT! I impressed myself.
My cooking tragedies
During that same Christmas dinner..I punctured the roasting pan, a cheap foil pan, and spilled turkey drippings in my oven..luckily a friend lived next door and loaned me his pan. The turkey was saved.
