Quick Gnocchi

these really didn't work for me. They tasted ok but were more like dumplings and a lot less like store-bought gnocchi.

Sauerkraut Balls

I have been searching for a sauerkraut ball recipe like the ones you can by everywhere in Cleveland OH, my hometown. Yours is the BEST ! Even better than the ones I remember, same idea, but much more flavor. And trust me, I tried several.

Apple and Onion Dressing

Very tasty we used it with a pork roast. We packed the stuffing around the outside of the roast to keep it moist. It was awesome !

Tuna Fish Salad
