the meatloaf was a wonderful, meaty, manly meatloaf. My husband loved it. Leftovers will be great for sandwiches. the tomato soup topping, not so much. waste of time. my husband thought it was ketchup anyway. skip it!

Curried Shrimp

I added celery and diced tomatoes with green chilies, over brown rice. My husband and I thought it was very good, I will make it again. I may leave out half the sour cream, I think it covered up too much of the flavor.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

My roast was only 1.72lbs. so I only cooked it 14 minutes, but after 2 1/2 hours of sitting, it was ice cold. I read other reviews about reducing sitting time, but was affraid my roast wouldn't be done. it was done rare enough, just cold.

Banana Split Bread

I used fresh cherries, white chocolate chips and eliminated the nuts. My husband was so happy with it, he took some to work. The boss loved it too, even asked for a copy of the recipe. we will make it again!
