We love these. I always make the night before, then place dough in fridge overnight to continue the process in the morning. Pull out of fridge, let warm back up on counter and finish.

Tater Tot Casserole

this has become a regular in our home. i also add a few spoons of cream cheese to make it a little creamier and add french fried onions (sometimes the cheese ones) mixed with shredded cheese on top. i add some frozen mixed veggies to get some extra nutrients as well. rarely any left overs left behind. thanks for the great staple.
