Delicious Easy Chicken Francese

This recipe was great. the chicken coating was super tasting. I first sauteed minced garlic before making the sauce and used more flour to thicken sauce. This is a keeper.

We loved this recipe. We even ate the leftovers the next day, which we never do. The sauce was just creamy enough, not overly thick and not runny. I did however saute' the chicken in with a lemon pepper seasoning for an extra kick. This recipe is a keeper!

Maple Glazed Ribs

I made this for my husband and I. He only likes southern style ribs with a mustard sauce, but he actually liked these ribs! I LOVED these ribs, the flavor was great, I did however steam the ribs in beer instead of water.

Creamy Egg Salad Sandwiches

This was a definate improvement from mine! Was very creamy and good, I will however use less cream cheese next time and more mayo.

Thai Pork Satay

Make sure you double the sauce so you have extra to boil down. I marinaded the meat for about an hour and that was not enough time. I did however like the sauce, it was what I dipped the pork into after I grilled it. I will not be making the recipe again, however I will find a way to incorporate the sauce into another recipe.
