Brown Sugar Meatloaf
loved this one! meat is juicy and flavorful! i tweaked it as prior reviews suggested and used onion soup mix and added a little bbq sauce to the brown sugar and ketchup and put the sauce on top instead of the bottom... instead of one big meatloaf i used a cupcake pan and made kid size mini-loaves. this way i cut the cooking time in half!
