I've put raisins into one of the loaves--hopefully that will turn out well. I also had to use smaller pans, and got three loaves--didn't shorten the cook time, though! It also took a rather long time to get it all together, but it's so very worth it!

Scottish Oat Scones

Very tasty, with a nice texture. I didn't have any dried fruit, but it didn't hurt it; spreading honey or jam makes up for it quite well. I'm thinking these could be good with cinnamon, too, but that will be for another day.

Chocolate Earl Grey Cookies

Absolutely delicious. A mortar and pestle also works, although it takes longer and makes, perhaps, for slightly coarser tea, but it's a nice taste that way too.

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

This recipe made me over 60 cookies, and within the first few minutes of their presentation, almost 10 were gone! Due to a lack of peanut butter chips, I decided to use chopped walnuts, and it made for an extremely delicious combination.
