Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2007
OMG, these are the bomb!! I ended up baking the batter in an 8x8 pan, and lowered the oven temp to 350, baked about 40 minutes..I made one goof, and used two tablespoons of butter when making the topping; it's an error that I do not regret..lol. I also used roasted chopped pecans in it..YUM YUM YUM..Thank you so much for such a wonderful recipe.

Cranberry Sauce Chicken II

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2007
Let me say, upon reading over the recipe I will admit I had my doubts. However, I put my faith in the rave reviews this recipe had received from others, took a deep breath, and took the plunge. Following one suggestion, I mixed the soup mix, cranberry sauce, and dressing together and let it sit in the refrigerator overnite to let the flavors blend, and poured it over the chops prior to baking the next evening. My boyfriend and picky teenage daughter LOVED IT!! A very quick, delicious recipe. Can't wait to try it over pork ribs..yum, yum, yum!!

Chocolate Wafer Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ok, heads up..DO NOT MAKE THIS IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT YOUR WAISTLINE!! This is a great, versitile recipe. You can use chocolate chip/macadamia nut cookies if you do not like oreos. I have made it with each kind and is as delicious either way.

Best Ever Creamy Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2007
This is the first time I have rated a recipe a five star, and I must say, it truely deserves it!! I made it exactly as directed, and like others, was surprised at the creaminess, texture, and out of this world taste!! Kudos Carnegie!!!

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2007
My family really enjoyed this recipe. I saved time by purchasing grated carrots in the produce section at my local supercenter..talk about a time saver! I also roasted my pecans before starting on making the cake. As I do not care for heavy cream cheese frosting, which I think tends to overpower, I used the Buttermilk Glaze that another reviewer used.

Chocolate Earthquake Cake I

This is a great recipe!! But beware..it is very rich and a definate risk to your waistline!! I ended up taking it to work to share with co-workers. If it had remained in my house I would have eaten it all!! LOL I followed the recipe exactly, and had no problems with the baking time..This recipe is a definate keeper!!!!

Acapulco Margarita Grouper

This is quite good! I used mahi-mahi and had to place in the broiler due to the change in weather. The next time I plan to follow the previous reviews and grill. I believe that by cooking it this way will seriously put this recipe over the top.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2007
I made this for my boyfriend who promptly ate two large bowls..He stated "This is an eat til your stomach hurts" recipe!! I followed the recipe exactly and was more than pleased with the results, but after reading the reviews have decided to add the envelope of ranch seasoning to see if I can make it into a 5 star!!
