Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This was simply fantastic! I cooked on high for 6 hours then put it on low until we were ready to eat. It was fall apart, melt in your mouth tender. I just seasoned the meat and only used 1 can of Cream of Wild Mushroom ( because I used a smaller roast) a splash of Worcestershire and Balsamic vinegar and about 1/4 cup of water...if that. I would have used beef broth if I had any. Again, this was fantasic and I know this because my 5 and 7 year old ate it all up. This is now my go to roast beef recipe. Thanks :)
