Holiday Ambrosia Salad

Fantastic recipe! I used light frozen whipped cream instead and also only let it sit with the pineapple juice mixture for about 6 hours. It turned out great! I love the texture of the orzo pasta in it and that it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet.

Scalloped Corn and Broccoli

Great recipe! It was a very interesting flavor. I read the reviews about the sugar so just didn't add any sugar, and it turned out sweet enough. I also used fresh broccoli, two heads worth. I didn't change anything else and it was delicious.

Buttermilk Cocoa Cake

Wow! I don't like cake very well--I'll say it right off--but I had too much buttermilk and was desperate to use it! Let me just say my boyfriend adored me for making this cake. It was delicious--didn't taste sour from the buttermilk at all! It was perfectly fluffy and chocolatey. I did add extra cocoa to the batter, as per recommended, and I'm very glad I did. Also, I saw another review poked holes in her cake--so I just went ahead and took a knife and went to town. Also it may have sacrificed the looks a little (the chocolate frosting filled the holes well so they weren't that visible) the pay off was worth it! The frosting sank down into the cake and made it amazing! Will make this again!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

I cannot rave enough about this recipe!! It was stupendous--I really was impressed. I'd never made fudge but my boyfriend asked me if I ever thought about making it... so I looked around Allrecipes and found this one. It was perfectly creamy, rich, sweet, and not in the least bit grainy. A tiny square was enough for a dose, so it lasted a while and it kept well. I did half walnuts, half no walnuts and both were delightful.

Tortellini Soup I

Fantastic, flavorful recipe! I made some changes though. I don't like Italian Sausage, so I just used ground beef. I also added kidney beans near the end of the last simmering step, which were great. I would simmer the zucchini for a bit less time, as mine turned out a bit too soft for me. I also added a bit more water at the end, since mine was lacking that!

Louisiana Sweet Potato Pancakes

Absolutely phenomenal. I made it just as directed except half the butter and they were perfect. Drizzled a little honey on top and it was about the best pancake I've ever had (granted I'm a big sweet potato fan).

Chicken Enchiladas I

This was a great recipe! One thing that I will definitely change is the garlic--I just did not like garlic in my enchiladas. Otherwise, it tasted fantastic. I chopped/shredded my chicken into smaller pieces that cubed, added black beans (which were delicious!) and used enchilada sauce instead of taco. I really recommend not adding the enchilada sauce and cheese on top at the beginning of baking. Instead, take it out like 5-10 minutes before hand and then put the toppings on. They got too baked for me. Otherwise, superb!

Warm Apple Buttermilk Custard Pie

In an effort to use up my buttermilk, I tried this recipe and it turn out beautifully. The custard was delicious! Held up very well and complemented the apples. I did add less sugar here and there, since other reviewers commented on it's excessive sweetness. It was still sweet enough for me. Will make again if I get some left over buttermilk!

Chinese Lion's Head Soup

I adore this recipe. My friend made it for me once and I LOVED it so I had to make it myself. This is fantastic! The meatballs are pretty gingery, but I love that. This is a regular recipe for me now, and I love it best with some rice that I just throw into my bowl with it. Yum!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I don't even LIKE fish and I downed a whole fillet of this! I figure fish is good for me and I should eat it, plus I'm moving to Japan (seafood central), so I ought to learn to eat fish. This recipe made it easy to love fish! Not only that, but it's super easy with normal, everyday ingredients. And it takes less that 10mins to cook. So it's a win-win-win situation. It's amazing. Thank you so much!!

Cherry Dot Cookies with KELLOGG'S® Corn Flake Crumbs

AMAZING! My mom used to bake these when I was a kid. I love them! Unfortunately I didn't have dates, so I used chopped raisins and they came out delicious anyhow :) I also didn't use nuts, since my boyfriend's not a fan. Thank you and I will make these again!

When I need a delicious chocolatey oatmealy fix--this is where I go. Super easy and super quick, this recipe is amazingly delicious! It's so simply but I can barely refrain myself from eating the whole thing--thus I only make it occasionally, even if I want it all the time!
