Sweet and Tangy Sauteed Collard Greens
Delicious! I added a can of rinsed black eyed peas at the end and heated through to make this a vegetarian main dish. I served it with rice and a corn casserole.

Delicious Rosemary Bread
I had great success mixing this in my food processor (with the dough blade). Sprinkled the loaves with kosher salt after the egg wash. I pulled one of the loaves out half baked and popped it in the freezer. I finished baking it off a few days later.

Eggplant Bake
The best eggplant dish I have ever cooked! I oven baked (instead of fried) the eggplant- much healthier.
