Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

Very good and easy. My husband won't eat chopped tomatoes in food, so I made this without them. I'm sure it is much better with, but even leaving them out, it was good. I've made this several times.

Despite the other reviews I read, I used ham instead of prosciutto (cost and personal taste). We thought it was fabulous. Rather than use water to mix in with the cornstarch, I poured some liquid out of the pan into a small bowl. Added the cornstarch then poured back in. Yum!

Pork Steaks

My family loved this. SO easy and fast. So I loved it too. Very tasty and the pork wasn't the least bit dry. This one has gone into the "keep" file for us.

Quick Sesame Green Beans

I loved the 'kick' of these green beans. I only had elephant garlic, so I used one clove of that. It was pretty strong, I will use regular garlic next time. I also didn't have fresh ginger so I used ground ginger. Seemed fine to me.

Bottom Round Roast with Onion Gravy

This is the easiest, tastiest meal to make. I work from home and I love being able to put this on to cook and smell it simmering away. My husband loves onions so its one of his favorites. I've never had much luck with making gravy, but this is a breeze. Definitely one of my favorites.
