Tangy Dill Potato Salad

yum yum yum! i have made this recipe 5 times now. i use pork tenderloin (chicken makes my husband sick) this turns out great everytime. I had 8 people over this weekend and made this and everyone wanted to take home left overs. I have to admit that my husband does spice this recipe up a bit with a bunch of stuff from the cabinet. but we love this recipe! thanks

Burrito Pie

We really liked this. I did follow the advice of other review and spread the beans on the tortilla when layering. I liked the creamyness (sp?) of the beans this way! cant wait for left overs at lunch.

Cannoli

My husband has been wanting cannoli for a long time now. He cant have sugar and I thought that with out white sugar they may come out bad and not taste "AUTHENTIC" but we substituted loose equal for white sugar and the shells came out great. and of course the filling was easy to substitue with equal and it tasted just like he remembered when he was a kid. Thanks for the recipe. We will make these again for sure.

Grilled Pork Tenderloins

this is the best! I did make a change for my husband who cant have sugar - I left out the brown sugar and teriyaki sauce -- and this was still great! we had pork left over and a little bit of sauce so i cut up the leftovers and put them in the sauce to soak up even more of the wonderful taste -- had it the next day on a sandwich and it was great again. We will make this again!!!!!

Hearty Tuna Casserole

What rave reviews I got when I made this. The zuchinni addition was GREAT. I never have green onions so I just sauted some white onion, I put in 1/2 the mayo and added a can of cream of mushroom soup (since alot of reviews said it turned out dry)and toped it with French Fried Onions to give it a crunchy top. but i think someone needs to take a new picture. for this meal. it doesnt give it justice for how good it tastes!!!

Eggplant Tomato Bake

We loved this! I did tweak the recipe a bit to fit what I had on hand. I already had wide egg noodles cooked so I layered my 9x13 pan with noodles, some sauce, my fried egg plant which I cooked to the recipe (Yummie!) then I put the ricotta mixture on top of the fried egg plant, topped that with more sauce and tomatoes and a bit of mozzerella cheese. It was like a eggplant lasanga. We had a lot left over for two of us but my husband ate the last bit for a snack and it was good till the last drop!! thanks for the great recipe.

Pork Chops with Delicious Gravy

tried this and loved it---my husband usually only likes his pork chops crispy fried, so I thought this may end up to soft for him -- but after I fried the chops and let them simmer they still had a good "fried" coating.

Sugar-Free Raisin Bars

These turned out really good. I added nuts like another person suggested and I added small chunks of unsweetened bakers chocolate. I also used a different pan and spread the mixture a little thiner then the recipe called for which gave us more pieces to cut up for guests. I did not cook as long since the batter was thinner.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

We always have Tilapia in the freezer. its a great fish, easy to cook, and not fishy tasting. So I am always looking for different ways to cook it. This was a BIG hit with me and my husband. Easy to cook and had great flavor.
