Hungarian Goulash I

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2011
Took the advice of a couple of the reviews and added some stuff and it was pretty tasty and we will be having this again. I added some vinegar, brown sugar, worchestshire, and extra paprika. We also topped with cheese.

Mexican-Style Goulash

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2008
I found this recipe to be bland. I sauteed green peppers and onion and added some garlic and that didn't help it at all. I grew up eating goulash and I couldn't taste any hint of mexican. I even used Diced tomatoes with chili's to help and it didn't. I had to use alot of salt and pepper to even give it some kind of taste. Next time I'll make the goulash i grew up eating.

Chili Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
This recipe was okay. I ended up putting in some Chipolte Cheddar and some extra Chili to thicken it up a bit and it wasn't the hit dip of the party but still people loved it. Not sure I'll make this again.

Mini Crescent Burgers

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2007
These were absolutely delicious. I would never have come up with the idea. The filling was delicious I added a little Worcestershire Sauce, A1 (Peppercorn), and I used Monterey Jack chesse instead of the Cheddar. Everybody loved them and wanted the recipe. We had a couple things to dip them in that we kind of thru together. It's a little time-comsuming but so worth it.

Quesadillas II

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2007
The recipe was great but you definitely need to Pam the tray before cooking. I completely failed to do that as I was cooking a ton of other appetizers for my New Year's Party. Other than that, people loved them.

Sausage Jalapeno Poppers

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2007
I made this recipe for everybody else and they loved it. I think doing the bacon before wrappin for the final cook would be great b/c it took way longer than 20 minutes to cook but everybody loved them in the end. Also I had a ton of left over sausage/cream cheese filling so I'll probably make a little less next time. However these Poppers were a hit.

Mexican Pizza II

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2007
These Mexican Pizza's were so good. They were a hit! They were so good and were way better than Taco Bell's. I used to work for them and I put some tomatos w/Green Chilis on top with the Scallions and they were a huge hit with everybody I had to make more when i ran out.

1-Pot, 3-Bean Chicken Stew

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
This recipe was missing something or had to much I'm not sure if it was the smoke flavor, the wine or one of the spices. I know that I won't make this again. 3 out of 4 of the people who ate it didn't like it. The one that did had put cheese in it so maybe that would help.

Mexican Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2007
Everybody in my house liked it! I added corn and used black beans instead of the kidney beans. I'm also gonna add a little more spice and use a little less water but I will definitely make it again.

Chili Burgers

I really didn't care for these and didn't really see any difference between these and the other burgers we cook so I wouldn't really make this again.

Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2007
These were absolutely awsome!!! I changed the recipe a little! I used olive oil instead to be even more healthy and I put some garlic powder, Season salt, a little bit of cayenne pepper, a little Mrs Dash, and Herb Poultry seasoning (kinda like Italian Seasoning) and they were a lot better than I thought they would be! Also they are a really healthy version of the French Fry. I also cooked them a little more than the recipe said! Totally would recommend them to anybody!!!! I even saved the breadcrumb mix so I can make them again.

Beef Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2007
This was a really good meal to cook when everybody is working and don't have much time! I took out the pimentos and the mushrooms and added celery and a little more water because the egg noodles came in 12 oz. I would however make this again and I would recommend it to people
