Cream Soup Base

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2012
I love this recipe. I use this for the base for soups, sauces, etc. I use this to replace in recipes that call for canned cream soups. It's great that I can control the flavor. I receive more compliments for tasty flavor than I ever have. THANKS.

Terry's Texas Pinto Beans

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2012
The best pinto bean recipe! Very pleased with this one. I love that I don't have to soak the beans, just clean and begin. This has been the fastest I have succeeded with raw beans and they are so flavorful. I have tweaked the recipe with a slight difference of flavors several times and have been satisfied every time. Have not had leftovers yet.

Make sure you're butter is soft. It makes the Sugar Cookies ALOT better then it already is.

Shortbread Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
This is GREAT!!!! I will never like graham cracker crust ever again. For the first time, I made cheesecake pie in it. The crust makes all the difference. If I could give this more stars I would. Thank you. All my desserts are better with this crust. It is SO EASY!!!!

Two Step Creamy Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
OH.......MY.......GOODNESS!!!!! This is my now-favorite pie. Made this pie in "Shortbread Crust" recipe by Silly Rabbit. Served at Thanksgiving with twelve people tasting it. It was unanimously loved. Had to make a second pie! It wasn't too sweet either. It seems to have the correct balance. Thank you for this recipe!!!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2011
Chose to make one of the pies in a vanilla wafer crust, which won unanimously. After years of trying to make a peanut butter pie that is not too sweet or not too runny or not sooo rich, this recipe is it! Just made this for 12 people and it was a hit! Everyone loved it and wanted more. This was so simple to make, too. My 11 yr old daughter made this in minutes. Freezing it took the longest. It made two pies so we chose to make one in a graham cracker crust and the other in a vanilla wafer crust. The vanilla wafer crust is 1 1/2 c crushed vanilla wafers (chopped in blender) with 1/3 c butter (softened) mixed and pressed into pie plate. Try it. Yummmm!

Chocolate Syrup

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
This is GREAT! My husband is a Hershey's snob. He refuses to use any other syrup except Hershey's on his ice cream. When he tasted this, he was amazed. He now loves this and even went and bought a special squeeze bottle to pour and store each batch! I love being able to control the sugar, too.
