Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2010
I made my own version because I have a smaller family. But I used Rotel with Lime and cilantro. (I'll be using fresh cilantro next time) I only used one can of cream of chicken soup. which I mixed with the can of Rotel. I also threw the chicken into this same mix. I layered rice, chicken rotel mix and then cheese and repeat. My family loved it.

I love this soup I've never made a creamy soup from scratch before and this came out so good! I had to add more water because it was super thick.

Buckeye Balls II

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
I don't know how anyone could get 4 cups of confectioners sugar to mix into this recipe! I got 2 cups sifted in and ran out, but it was just enough. Anymore and I would have had to add my peanut butter and everything else. 2 cups is just fine!!! They came out perfect! So yummy everyone loves them.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
This recipe was perfect! I had to let it cook at 300 for a few minutes because it wasn't dark enough yet. But it turned out perfectly, I used an icing knife to spread the chocolate and make it nice an smooth.

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: May 6, 2009
This was my first attempt at making a carrot cake. I was really craving some and it was so yummy. In order to get it out of my house so I didn't eat it all I took it to work where everyone had two or three pieces! They though it was store bought. I had high praise for this cake!

Beef Tips

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2009
It was great. A little on the salty side that's with using low sodium soy sauce so next time I'll cut out salt all together. Wasn't thick enough at the end so I added some flour and it was perfect think next time I'll just not add so much water!
