Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2012
This was excellent! I fried the pork chops then poured the sauce in the pan and let it simmer for about 8 mins. I also added fresh pineapple chunks and crushed garlic. I made it 2 nights in a row! I'm going to try this same idea with chicken wings this weekend. We can't get enough. Thanks for the unique recipe.

Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2012
We liked this! I left out the tomatoes.....just because another reviewer said adding tomatoes made it non-authentic. Total comfort food.

Peanut Butter Cups

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2010
These were so pretty and we ate them all! But there was not enough peanut butter and I would do it different next time by using chunky peanut butter and letting the first layer cool before adding peanut butter and so on. Fun to make.

Fry Bread Tacos II

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2009
What a great new take on the average Taco. I really liked this. The fry bread reminded me of peroshki's and I love those. Be careful while shaping the dough and make them as flat as possible. When you fry them they shrink up and puff up alot.

Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2008
This is a great, simple recipe. The less you mess with an egg salad sandwich the better it is. I left out the onion but did everything else the recipe called for and was happy with the results.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2008
This was my first cheese cake. I've made it several times now. My husband loves it so much (he's a cheese cake expert). Everything about this recipe is perfect. DO put a water bath in the oven with it or it will for sure crack, I learned the hard way. Even if it does crack...so what its the best cheese cake you'll ever have if you do it right. Follow the directions and enjoy!!!!!!!!

Swedish Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2008
I made this for dinner tonight and was so happy with it!!!!! Yummy. I followed this recipe word for word exept for the evaperated milk. I did not have any on hand so I used 2% milk, which did not effect the recipe at all then used about 1/2 teaspoon extra flour because milk is way thinner than flour. I will for sure use this recipe agean...soon, but mabe not use so much butter as I am feeling a tad guilty.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2008
After reading some of the other reviews I found out it was ok to cheat a little. I did everything the recipe called for exept for the sauce. I used a nice jar of cabrenet maranara but still let it simmer with the meat onions and garlic for about an hour. I have had alot of lasagna in my lifetime and this was the best by far. My husband was blown away, he said I should enter it in a contest. Thankyou so much.

Peanut Butter Popcorn

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2008
This was a great recipe. I the popcorn just the way the recipe said to then went back to make sure I did it right because it was a bit to gooey. You really have to put it in the oven to crisp it up, then you have a masterpeice.
