Very Old Meatloaf Recipe
Wow. I really wasn't expecting much from this recipe, but it was amazing! I've been looking for a low sugar meatloaf recipe (surprisingly hard to find) and now I have to look no further! Due to my husband's diet restrictions, I substituted turkey for beef and used gluten free bread crumbs. Next time I think I'll double the recipe for more leftovers. Oh and bonus- my 17 month old ate his entire serving. I could see a little bit of sage being a really good addition. Thank you Jason!

Melinda's Porcupine Meatballs
So good! I used ground turkey (97/7) instead of beef, they seemed a little loose when I was forming them, maybe because there's less fat (?) but they held together really well during cooking. I thought with the salt, celery salt, and tomato sauce that it would be too salty, but it wasn't at all. We served them over mashed potatoes-YUM!

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins
EEK, NO EGGS! I've been using this recipe for a couple months now and love it! It's super easy to tweak if I want a change. I realized today (of course, after I started mixing ingredients) that I didn't have any eggs so I substituted them with 1 heaping tablespoon of ground flax seed and 3 tablespoons of water blended together. They came out PERFECT! In fact, they came out better than usual. Don't you love it when accidents result in a healthier alternative?
