Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake

Really yummmy. I used brown sugar instead of white. Nice texture & not too sweet. I also made a coffee glaze using 1/4 cup butter at room temperature, 2 cups powdered sugar & 3 tablespoons freshly brewed coffee. Very good!

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

Bread Machine Bagels

These came out great. My first attempt at making bagels and won't be the last. I made a variety of flavors: sesame seed, onion and garlic, cinnamon and sugar, and plain. All of them were delicious. I can't wait to try other flavors.

Easy Decadent Truffles

I can't believe how easy these were! I made a variety of flavors: vanilla, rum, raspberry, orange, peppermint, and almond. I also put the rolled balls into melted Almond Bark which really made them wonderfully decadent. I mixed in some crushed almonds into some of them and put a halved almond on top of some. I also drizzled the vanilla flavored Almond Bark onto the raspberry ones and they were really good. I'm still amazed that they were so easy and look so beautiful when done. I gave them out as Christmas gifts and everyone thought they came from a specialty store. Great recipe!

Amish Breakfast Casserole

This was phenomenal! I made this thinking I'd have breakfast covered for the weekend but we almost ate the whole thing the first morning. One of my roommates went back for fourths because it was so good! This one is definitely recommended!

Overnight Mushroom Egg Casserole

This just didn't do it for us. The mushroom topping was an odd consistency. I was excited to make this since we happened to have all the ingredients at home so I didn't need to make another trip to the store but unfortunately we won't be making this again.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Great basic recipe! Tastes good on its own but we like it with a bit of kick so we used hot salsa and hot chili powder. We also added a can of Rotel and a small can of diced chilies. It came out nice and spicy. We enjoyed this with the Homesteader Cornbread. They complemented each other nicely. Yum!

Homesteader Cornbread

Chicken Tikka Masala

This was fabulous! I've made it three times already. You've definitely got to cut down the salt. I put in 1 tsp for each part and that seemed like enough for me. This was absolutely wonderful...if you like Indian food, you must try this recipe!

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

We loved this recipe. Used it to make taco filling. Used jalenpeno salsa and added onion and tomatoes. I'm used to adding cheese and sour cream to the Mexican food I usually eat but I didn't even miss them with this dish. It may add to it a bit but it's not necessary. Really wonderful! Definitely recommended.

Chocolate Sandwich Cookies II

Sooooo good! Can't believe such a simple recipe makes such a great dessert. I made the cookies smaller than the recipe called for just because I prefer smaller sized cookies. I'm glad I did because they are very rich and I doubt I could eat a whole one otherwise. Wonderful!
